Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Life Grappling (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Life Grappling for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Platform

User Accounts

When creating an account on Life Grappling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Transmitting content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Disrupting the normal flow of communication within our Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the Platform's operation
• Scraping or collecting data from the Platform without authorization

Disclaimer

The materials on Life Grappling are provided on an 'as is' basis. Life Grappling makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Life Grappling or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Life Grappling.

Subscription Terms

If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Life Grappling, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

Life Grappling may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
